    A polish troupe of actors, headed by Joseph Tura (Jack Benny) and his wife Maria (Carole Lombard), find their work and their lives interrupted because of Nazi occupation during WWII. To protect the polish underground, the actors become involved in various schemes requiring them to impersonate Nazi officials and create confusion in their operations. Widely accepted as one of the best satires, this is a must for Lubitsch fans.

    About Director:- Ernst Lubitsch (January 28, 1892 – November 30, 1947) was a German-Born Jewish film director. His urbane comedies of manners like The Marriage Circle (1924), Lady Windermere's Fan (1925), Trouble In Paradise (1932), Ninotchka (1939) gave him the reputation of being Hollywood's most elegant and sophisticated director; as his prestige grew, his films were promoted as having "The Lubitsch Touch".
